Warranty Repair
As described in the Limited Warranty that is packaged with Fuji
products, Fuji Optical Co. Ltd. Has warranted to consumers that
for a 12 months period, it will repair or replace, at its option
any Fuji eyewear product which is defective in materials and
workmanship. (Please note that for special offer, or promotion
frames or lenses, Fuji has warranted to consumers for a 6 months
period warranty repair instead of one year, for example, the
special offer of one free frame with purchase of UV protection
lens). This warranty does not apply to products that have been
altered, broken or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions
provided with the product.
Fuji also provides free repair
on replacement of frame or inferior lens for manufacturing
defect. In addition, Fuji provides, Fuji provides lifetime
service including cleaning, adjustment and repair of providing
free screws and nose pad, excluding SILICONE nose pad.
All damaged products must be returned to one of the retail
stores. Please refer to our retail store locator to find the
nearest retail store for you. Our authorized lab technician
will determine if the product is covered under warranty. All
returns must include proof of purchase in order for warranty
to apply.

Non-warranty Repair
For product that does not qualify under the limited warranty,
our authorized lab technician will inspect the damaged product
and contact you with the cost of repair, shipping and handling.

Use & Care
Fuji carries different lens eyewear products with most popular
ones known as anti-radiation lens, UV Max lens and Progressive
lens. Anti-radiation lens features anti-radiation, electronic
wave protection, ultra-violet protection, anti-reflection and
scratch resistance. UV Max lens features 100% UV protection,
1.61 hi-index, anti-reflection and scratch resistance. Progressive
lens features easy adaptation, anti-reflection coating and scratch
resistance coating. However, Fuji lenses are scratch resistant,
not scratch proof. By taking a few precautions to preserver
the lenses, they will last for many years. Fuji eyewear does
not warrant against normal wear, including lens scratching or
accidental frame breakage.
To clean lenses, blow loose particles off the lenses, then
clean with an optical lens cloth or soft cotton cloth. A mile
liquid soap diluted in warm water can also be used on the
cloth.
Please remember that never use paper products to clean lenses.
Since salt is highly abrasive, rinse lenses with fresh water
before cleaning.
Store glasses in their protective case when not in use.
Do not place lenses face down on any surface.
Never put your glasses loose in a pocket or purse where objects
may damage lenses.
Do not leave your glasses where conditions are intensely
hot or cold (for example, on the dashboard of your car).
Use appropriate screwdriver to tighten the screw of the frame
regularly.
