As described in the Limited Warranty that is packaged with Fuji products, Fuji Optical Co. Ltd. Has warranted to consumers that for a 12 months period, it will repair or replace, at its option any Fuji eyewear product which is defective in materials and workmanship. (Please note that for special offer, or promotion frames or lenses, Fuji has warranted to consumers for a 6 months period warranty repair instead of one year, for example, the special offer of one free frame with purchase of UV protection lens). This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, broken or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions provided with the product.

Fuji also provides free repair on replacement of frame or inferior lens for manufacturing defect. In addition, Fuji provides, Fuji provides lifetime service including cleaning, adjustment and repair of providing free screws and nose pad, excluding SILICONE nose pad.

All damaged products must be returned to one of the retail stores. Please refer to our retail store locator to find the nearest retail store for you. Our authorized lab technician will determine if the product is covered under warranty. All returns must include proof of purchase in order for warranty to apply.
